Visiting co-authors and audiences, please register in the MS Forms. The payment details will be sent in the proforma invoice after your registration at the mail you inserted in the registration form. All prices include 21% VAT.  The fee includes social event, lunch, coffee breaks, and web download proceedings. The regular paper fee covers the personal participation of one person.

Payment deadline:  6 April, 2026

If you are a paper co-author and the only one visiting the conference, your participation is then covered in the paper fee. In that case, your name has to be included in the registration: Fee option Personal participation of another person and then insert in the filed Another person name and surname of a person that will arrive instead of the one who made the paper submission.
