V&nbsp;prosinci 1943 odjel transportem do Osv\u011btimi, kde z\u016fstal p\u016fl roku v&nbsp;tzv. rodinn\u00e9m t\u00e1bo\u0159e. V&nbsp;\u010dervnu 1944 pro\u0161el selekc\u00ed a byl vybr\u00e1n na pr\u00e1ci ve Schwarzheide, pobo\u010dn\u00e9m t\u00e1bo\u0159e koncentra\u010dn\u00edho t\u00e1bora Sachsenhausen. Dne 18. dubna 1945 nastoupil po evakuaci t\u00e1bora tzv. pochod smrti, kter\u00fd skon\u010dil ve Varnsdorfu, odkud byl p\u0159evezen do Terez\u00edna, kde se v&nbsp;kv\u011btnu 1945 do\u010dkal osvobozen\u00ed.
