Projekt zkoum\u00e1 ekonomick\u00e9 z\u00e1klady n\u011bkter\u00fdch z nejran\u011bj\u0161\u00edch st\u00e1tn\u00edch spole\u010dnost\u00ed v Evrop\u011b v obdob\u00ed star\u0161\u00ed doby bronzov\u00e9 (cca 3000\u20131500 p\u0159. n. l.).\r\n\r\nProjekt CORNERSTONES se zam\u011b\u0159uje na regiony s dynamick\u00fdmi, av\u0161ak v kone\u010dn\u00e9m d\u016fsledku nestabiln\u00edmi v\u00fdvojov\u00fdmi trajektoriemi, mezi n\u011b\u017e pat\u0159\u00ed minojsk\u00e1 Kr\u00e9ta (a jej\u00ed p\u0159edch\u016fdci na Pelopon\u00e9su), \u00fan\u011btick\u00e1 kultura ve st\u0159edn\u00ed Evrop\u011b a kultura El Argar v z\u00e1padn\u00edm St\u0159edomo\u0159\u00ed. Prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm studia makrolitick\u00fdch n\u00e1stroj\u016f se projekt sna\u017e\u00ed l\u00e9pe porozum\u011bt ekonomick\u00fdm proces\u016fm, kter\u00e9 st\u00e1ly v pozad\u00ed vzniku, prom\u011bn a kolapsu ran\u00fdch st\u00e1tn\u00edch spole\u010dnost\u00ed.\r\n\r\nNa UHK bude v\u00fdzkum realizov\u00e1n Richardem Th\u00e9rem a Evou Schimerovou z katedry archeologie, jejich\u017e pr\u00e1ce se zam\u011b\u0159\u00ed zejm\u00e9na na st\u0159edoevropskou \u010d\u00e1st projektu. T\u00fdm UHK p\u0159isp\u011bje k funk\u010dn\u00ed a technologick\u00e9 anal\u00fdze makrolitick\u00fdch n\u00e1stroj\u016f, se zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edm d\u016frazem na anal\u00fdzu povrchu kamenn\u00fdch n\u00e1stroj\u016f a experiment\u00e1ln\u00edch odlitk\u016f, v kombinaci se studiem stop pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00edmi interdisciplin\u00e1rn\u00edmi metodami.\r\n\r\nPropojen\u00edm technologick\u00fdch doklad\u016f s \u0161ir\u0161\u00edmi ekonomick\u00fdmi a soci\u00e1ln\u00edmi procesy p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 projekt CORNERSTONES nejen k pozn\u00e1n\u00ed prav\u011bk\u00e9 archeologie, ale tak\u00e9 k \u0161ir\u0161\u00edm diskus\u00edm o ekonomick\u00e9 udr\u017eitelnosti, nerovnosti a dlouhodob\u00e9 dynamice komplexn\u00edch ekonomick\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nUniversity of Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 Joins the CORNERSTONES ERC Project\r\n\r\nThe University of Hradec Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 (UHK) has become a partner institution in the international research project CORNERSTONES: Disruptive Economies and Macrolithic Technologies in the Euro-Mediterranean Bronze Age, led by Roberto Risch from Universitat Aut\u00f2noma de Barcelona. The project investigates the economic foundations of some of Europe\u2019s earliest state societies during the Early Bronze Age (c. 3000\u20131500 BCE).\r\n\r\nCORNERSTONES focuses on regions with dynamic and ultimately unstable developmental trajectories, including Minoan Crete (and its predecessors in the Peloponnese), the \u00dan\u011btice culture in Central Europe, and El Argar in the western Mediterranean. Through the study of macrolithic (ground-stone) tools, the project seeks to better understand the economic processes underlying the emergence, transformation, and collapse of early state societies.\r\n\r\nAt UHK, the research will be carried out by Richard Th\u00e9r and Eva Schimerov\u00e1 from the Department of Archaeology, whose work will concentrate mainly on the Central\r\n\r\nEuropean component of the project. The UHK team will contribute to the functional and technological analysis of macrolithic tools, with a particular emphasis on rugosity analysis of stone tools and experimental casts, combined with use-wear studies and other interdisciplinary methods.\r\n\r\nBy linking technological evidence with broader economic and social processes, the CORNERSTONES project contributes not only to prehistoric archaeology, but also to wider discussions on economic sustainability, inequality, and the long-term dynamics of complex economic systems.\r\n\r\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
